You must read and agree with our terms and conditions before buying. When buying goods from our website you enter an agreement with Direct Order Blinds. The agreement will be concluded when the money reaches our bank account.

:: PRODUCTS
The blinds we sell are made according to your sizes. Please understand that it is your own responsibility to take the correct measurements of your window. We cannot accept returns and make refunds if you have given us wrong measurements. If you decide to buy from our website and the sample has been presented to you online you agree that there might be a color difference between the online sample and real sample. The pictures on the product page are for illustration purposes only.

:: DELIVERY
Most of our blinds are made to measure and we would need time to make them and deliver and so we would ask for your patience. The specified delivery terms do not apply during busy times of the year like: Bank Holidays and Christmas. As per our manufacturer's terms and conditions cancellations are not possible because the headrails get made and they will wait for fabrics or wooden slats. Once all the parts are in stock your blinds will be treated as urgent. You must agree not to buy made to measure blinds from us and return the blinds or cancel the order after seven days according to the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs). In the case that the carrier has tried to deliver and the carrier has left a card and the customer has not contacted the carrier in order to arrange a convenient time for delivery we will apply a redelivery charge.

:: RETURNS POLICY
All purchases from this site are guaranteed to arrive with you in the condition in which they left the factory. If you are not completely satisfied on receipt of delivery, an exchange or refund will be offered on proof of purchase. However, Direct Order Blinds cannot be responsible for any measurement inaccuracies so please ensure that you check your measurements before placing an order.
